As the title says, looking for a PT that specialized in plyometric/athletics trainingspecifically geared towards martial arts. I work downtown but commute from sugar land. Found two gyms, but by the time I get off of work they close which is around 7-8pm, and I can't do early mornings due to work and the earliest they open is 7-9am.
Anyone can help a guy out here?
