I used to play volleyball in high school and college. It helped me lose a bunch of weight while navigating through puberty/young adulthood and it was always the best shape that I've ever been in my life.

Now that I'm an adult I've been looking for volleyball training but all I can find are coed leagues or open gyms. Those are fine, but I really miss actual volleyball PRACTICES; where you're spending a couple of hours, a couple of times per week getting coached, doing drills, and working on your technique. Adult leagues just give you an opportunity to play at your current level in a few games, they don't provide you with hours of actual volleyball practice/training.

Is there anything like that in Houston? I've found private lessons but they're expensive and I'd miss out on the team aspect of volleyball practices. Any insight would be much appreciated!
