I am unsure if I should be posting this on this sub, if not mods please remove this.

I think I may need to go get some mental health. I've been thinking about it for a few years now. I just never had the courage to do so, especially since my insurance doesn't cover it.

I am wondering if there's a place I could go to once this is all over, I live in the Pasadena area near 225. I feel like my mental health has been declining a lot lately that sometimes I just cry after I get home from work and stuff like that.
