Hi Houstonians! I'm a new real estate agent seeking advice from agents. I can't decide which brokerage to work for, and if I wanna be on a team or go solo. Is the training the same for independents and team members? If it is, then I'd like to work solo.

I have spoken with brokerages like Keller Williams, JPAR, Coldwell Banker, Walzel Properties, Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene.

Since I'm very green in this field I need good training. Keller Williams is famous for its amazing coaching, but they take more than a half of your paycheck.

I think I'm between Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene and Walzel Properties, but I don't know if they are good for beginners.

If anybody had a good or bad experience working with any of these five companies, please give me your feedback.
