I’m on mobile so sorry for the format.

Im due to have my baby any day now and my clinic said I can only goto Ben Taub due to insurance issues. My only problem is that I have had a lot of issues with Ben Taub in the past. Most recently they caused the death of my aunt after lying to me about what tests they had run on her and refusing to let me see any medical records or request any even though I had her medical power of attorney. It’s barely been a year since she passed and I’m still not over it because it could have been prevented if they just told me the truth. Another instance was with them giving my brother the wrong medication for a drug OD and refusing to listen to us when we said something was wrong. He got lucky because we left to memorial and they actually helped him.

So due to this I have extreme anxiety about going seeing as I have the same medical condition my aunt did and I’m worried about something going wrong since I do have a high risk pregnancy.

Anyone that I know had their kids at Ben Taub was over 5 years ago so it’s not really easing my anxiety. So if anyone has had any recent experiences please lemme know. Please tell me I’m overreacting and should be fine.
