I am moving to Houston for grad school in Medical Center. I have been searching for an apartment less than 6 miles from MC. My budget is <= ~$1200/month. I found a few offers and would appreciate if anyone could give some insight (about the safety of the neighborhood, quality of the apartment, etc).

1. Cambridge Court Condominiums on 2121 EL PASEO STREET - 2 bed 1 bath - $1100/month
2. 8181 Med Center - ~$1200/month for a studio
3. The place at Greenway - ~$1200/month for a one bed-one bath
4. The village at Bellaire - ~$1300/month for a one bed-one bath

For now, Cambridge Court seems to be a great deal to me, but I can't find many google reviews about this complex. Thanks in advance.
