Hi Houston! I am looking to sign a lease at the Highbank apartments located on Frankway Drive and wanted to see if anyone had any experience living there? The property looks nice and well mantained. It's located near Buffalo Bayou, not sure if that should be concerning. I know that during Harvey they did not flood so that was good to hear. Looking forward to your responses!
