I’m Brenda Valdivia, a producer with Houston Public Media, Houston’s NPR station, for the show Town Square with Ernie Manouse. I hope this is okay with the mods. I’m posting this to bring awareness to the changing COVID situation.
We are dedicating our shows to answering COVID questions and concerns regarding the latest spike and the Delta variant. Past guests this week included Admiral Brett Giroir Former Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Dr. Charlene Flash President and CEO of Avenue 360 Health and Wellness, among many others.
Today will have Peter Hotez, director of the Center for Vaccine Development at Texas Children’s Hospital, and Dr. Richina Bicette, Assistant professor of emergency medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
