We are thinking of moving to Clearlake "Pine Brook" for a bigger house. We are growing our family and have a small 1 yr old. I noticed the houses in Clearlake are taking much longer to sell and in Friendswood ISD areas they are flying off the market right now. Anyone live in Clearlake and can tell me a generation of younger families are moving in?? Are houses hard to sell here because it's older?
