Bathroom renovation contractor Recommendation? Wanting to cut into tile wall to add an inset shampoo shelf

Hi! Wife wants to add an inset shampoo niche/shelf in an already completed and tiled shower in the master bathroom. One of those “plastic boxes” from floor and decor you tile over. Does anyone have Good or bad experience with these? Any recommendation…

CPA recommendations or Turboax? Laid off but found an independent contractor/freelancer job during the quarantine.

I was laid off of my job during the quarantine but was fortunate to find a remote-only work. They are paying me through Upwork as a contractor. It’s not the most ideal arrangement, but at least it’s income.

I’ve never done any business taxes and have no idea how what I need to do. Can I just do them like normal taxes through turbotax at the end of the year and let the software figure out how much I owe?

Or do I need to talk to a CPA (any recommendations on who to use on the southside of Houston)?

Home Inspector recommendation. Buying my first home!
