There’s a humble skating scene in Houston, but I’m looking and looking and not finding anything on street hockey (I mean, this is the South).

Any of you know of street hockey enthusiasts either already forming up a team or looking to start one up?

Obviously, the increasing Houston heat and other obstacles in our car-centric city will create challenges but I feel that’s a dragon we could kill when we’d get there.

I’m not looking to get into leagues or anything, I’d just like to get out to the street and play, but you never know!
