I'm looking for an inclusive "CrossFit" style gym. I love the workouts and lifting but want to find a place without the politics. Would love to find a box that welcomes queer and neurodivergent folx.

What I'm looking for:

1 hour coach lead classes.

Class options 7 days a week.

Workouts that change every day.

Workouts that have modifications for ability and skill.

Workouts that include lifting.

The closer to I-10 and the Beltway, the better.
