My employer is REFUSING to pay me my last paycheck. I desperately need the money. Reading under Texas Labor Law Ch. 61 payment of wages. They are required to pay me on the next pay day at the latest. It's been almost a month. I know they will fold if I can get a legal letter sent to them. Please someone help.

Sec. 61.014. PAYMENT AFTER TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT. (a) An employer shall pay in full an employee who is discharged from employment not later than the sixth day after the date the employee is discharged. (b) An employer shall pay in full an employee who leaves employment other than by discharge not later than the next regularly scheduled payday.

Is this place safe at night and can I leave my car there overnight? I normally park at the hospital but I can't afford the parking garages right now. Thanks

I have been looking at Home Depot and Lowes, and the Ace hardware. I can't find any 3/4 PVC anywhere. By the time I get there it's all gone (assuming they had some in stock)

Where's the hookup? I need about 100ft but I don't wanna pay 3x the market value of what they are asking for on Facebook.

Currently I'm using my water hose to by pass the broken section but it leaks bad. I only turn ot on when I need water.
