restaurants known for being ridiculously CLEAN

Worked in hospitality for years, I mean YEARS and I k ow how much of a horror show it can be behind the curtain as it were. I’ve worked in highly rated, well known operations that I wouldn’t set foot in to done if I was paid double overtime

I have also worked in establishments so clean, you could eat 4 courses confidently in the toilet stall.

Do you have a recommendation for a Houston restaurant that is exceedingly clean and the chef/owner has a reputation for being particular about health inspections and such?

It’s kind of a prerequisite for being able to take my wife out for a meal. Our anniversary is approaching and I would love to see her in her new dress under soft lighting across the table with nice bottle of wine.

Thank you for any recommendations

what do I do with old countertop? will someone buy it?

Replaced my countertops as a part of a kitchen remodeling recently. The original issue was the dishwasher leaking water on to the floor. They ended up replacing the floors and the cabinets, the dishwasher , the sink, the countertop and the backsplash The only problems were the floors and the dishwasher but everything else had to be replaced according to our insurance coverage.
Anyway, they pulled out our old countertop and replaced it with an identical one but didn’t dispose of the undamaged countertop. It is currently sitting in my garage. My question is, will any contractor or remodeling company buy this countertop from me and take it out of my garage. I want it gone but I don’t want to throw it away since it is undamaged. Any thoughts/hints/suggestions? Thanks and Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas
