I'm not getting my Altuve WS replica jersey because Fanatics cancelled my order without my requesting to do so.

I contacted their support and was told "UPS attempted delivery, but could not successfully deliver and returned it to their warehouse where it was processed by Fanatics as a refund." I thought that was odd because I had never received any delivery information or update that it was in transit.

So I contacted UPS.

They never even received an item or delivery information from Fanatics for this order......

So I contacted Fanatics support again and was told "Not to worry, I would still be receiving my jersey!"

I thought what a relief because I want my Tuve jersey really bad.

An hour or two goes by and I get an email from Fanatics saying my refund has successfully processed and I will have my money back in 3-7 days..... Wtf???

Contact their support again and was told "the jersey in the size I ordered is not in stock and they are unable to fulfill the order, hence the refund."

I placed the order on 11/7.......
