I'm a an adult in my early 20s that just moved here to start a new life for myself. I wanted to look at places in person before deciding where to live. What part of Houston can I find a small affordable townhome to rent?

I don't have many requirements. But at the very least, I just want the exterior of the complex/neighborhood to be aestically pleasing. So many apartments make the interior look amazing and only show that online, just for you to find out that the exterior is either ugly that it's located in a crappy spot.
