I checked their website and don’t see anything but a few online forums said they do. I’m looking for anyone who has actually gotten a student discount to confirm this.

I needed to leave 2 hours ago but I can’t because this car is blocking my driveway. It doesn’t belong to any of my neighbors, I checked with everyone about it this morning. I’ve been on hold with the HPD for an hour now. I also contacted the towing companies near me and they all said a police officer has to issue a ticket for them to tow a vehicle. What else can I do?
