Just sharing his image to spread the word. Not really a lot of information out there right now, but to me it seems like he may have been homeless.

He is described as a white, possibly Hispanic male, 5’7″, and 133 pounds (could have changed post-mortem). He was wearing a long coat, jeans, pajama pants, and cowboy boots. He was seen carrying multiple bags of items.

ENGLISH/ESPANOL - A double homicide occurred in Houston during 1985. Only one victim has been identified.

On August 12, 1985, the owner of Guzman Produce Service on Airline Drive in Houston returned to his store, which had been closed overnight. Little did he know was that he was about to make a horrific discovery.

Lying on the floor were a man and woman, both deceased. It appeared the pair died within days or hours. Based on the scene, the death was an obvious homicide. No one was supposed to be in the building at the time and the owner did not know either victim. Investigators were never able to find out how the pair gained access to the store or why they were there.

The male victim was identified as Thomas Rodriguez, a 40-year-old Mexican national living in Houston at the time. Investigators have not been able to identify the female victim. She is described as a Hispanic female, 16-35, 5’1″, 129 pounds, with a tattoo of “V” on her upper left arm. Prior to her death, she had undergone a cholecystectomy to remove her gallbladder. She also had distinctive jewelry. She may have been a smoker.
