The left lane is for *PASSING*
As someone who lived in Europe before, people of Houston.. Why do you make it your goal in life to hog the left lane and drive 20 mph under the speed limit? If five cars just went around you for being too slow why do y’all stay in the damn lane?? This issue is exponentially worse on HOV lanes, at this point its hard to even get to the speed limit on the HOV lane and its usually all because of one slow driver.
