I'm looking for an apartment in NW Houston. My budget is pretty limited but I've made a list of the places I can afford (just barely, some of them not really, but I'll just have to figure something out if there are no other good options). Any feedback for any of these?

  • Willow Bend
  • Summit at Champions
  • North Bend
  • Casa Del Mar
  • Cypress Ridge
  • The Arden Cypress Station
  • Driscoll Place
  • The 910
  • Rock Creek
  • Sedona Pointe

I've also seen available units at Sago Palms and La Escencia and a few other similar properties all listed as all bills paid, which is super tempting, but it's probably not worth it because it seems like those are in less safe areas. Thanks in advance for anyone who can provide recommendations and/or warnings!
