I am in the process of shopping for a new home owner's and auto insurance.

I used to use Suzanne Brown Insurance Agency and loved them. However, they merged with another agency and my agent left the company. The new agent in charge of my account has been unreachable for 1.5 weeks (not even an email reply) so I am looking for a new company/agent.

Does anyone have a recommendation of an insurance agent that they like and responds promptly?
