Like, I'm not asking this as a philosophical question, I'm legit curious how people are pulling that off. It doesn't exactly seem like the most convenient place to tag things unless you're, like, bungee jumping off the bridge and doing it while you swing. Is there some sort of scaffolding there that I didn't notice, or a way to get down to that area that doesn't risk falling off and turning yourself into paste on I-45?
