Bought some biodegradable bags because the city said you have to use those. Got some at Home Depot's website shipped to the house. Low an behold the great City of Houston workers put a tag on the bag, we don't take these, they're not biodegradable. They are...that's why I spent the extra money to get them. Called 311, of course the city needs to make sure they get their cut by forcing you to buy the Houston approved (stamped) bags from a local Lowe's or something. Meanwhile I drive through neighborhoods all over that have trash and debris in the drainage ditches.

Pick up the damn bags, no one asked for a bag police, no one needs it, because if you want to, you can just dump in the street apparently and you won't have to be disappointed when the city doesn't pick it up because you never expected them to.

My issue is, my bags are the right bag, but no COH logo that I'm assuming the "approved" bags have. They're green tinted like everyone else's and cost a dollar per bag.
