Hi all! I love baking and was hoping to bake Thanksgiving pies to sell. It would be under the cottage foods law here in Tx and I already have the licensing.

I’m just here to know if there are any sites you go to when you’re ready to order an item like a locally made pie?

It seems Nextdoor is a popular site to list such things. And, of course, I’ve already said something at work. Any other great ideas?

Hi all! I’m going to try to sell pies (cottage foods) for Thanksgiving and need big batches of fruit/veg. When I lived in Florida, I went to one of those giant warehouses with lots of wholesalers where you could buy stuff by the flat or pound. (Have You ever seen a pound of basil leaves!?!??!) It was open 3 am til 10 am and anyone could walking in and drop cash on whatever you needed.

I know this must exist here in Houston but I don’t know how to find it. Does anyone know?
