My family has a home in Baton Rouge, LA and a home in one of the Houston suburbs. They were discussing coming to Houston for a few days to drop some things off and pick up a few things before returning to BR. They asked me how the quarantine protocol was being enforced and I had nothing to tell them. I heard they were checking people coming into TX from LA, but I'm not sure what happens from there. Any insight would be helpful.
