I have a good friend who is new to the Cypress area and is trying to re-establish a new client base here in Houston. He's tried posting to the neighborhood app but isn't having much luck. I'm trying to gather info on ways to help him build his business, places to advertise his services and help him get daily jobs, I'm thinking maybe by joining local car clubs might help too. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
