Looking for a commercial lease on the west side
So i’m in the Katy area and have some really loud woodworking tools I want to run in a continous 24/7 type manner for a business idea. I don’t want to piss off my neighbors so i’m looking for a small commercial lease somewhere nearby where I can sweep up sawdust off the floor (no carpet) and can run loud machines possibly late at night without anyone wanting my head on a pike. Where would I even start to look for something like this? This area is not heavily industrial, its residential as far as the eye can see.
