Saw this out and about and thought it was a strange name for a store.

My mother in law has recently moved in with us and requires the use of oxygen. She uses that big machine and if we go places, she uses those tiny tanks that we can fill up that last about most 4 hours. We live in an apartment complex that is all bills paid and we have never been late with the rent as long as we have been here which is about 2 years. Since she has moved in, we have been having to pay ‘overages’ for the electricity due to her machine being on at night which we are trying to keep a hold on because of these reoccurring charges. I have spoke to my apartments manager and he is completely useless stating that he can’t do anything bc it’s not him but rather the electricity company that they have a contract with. We have contacted Salvation Army and United Way to help with temporary rental assistance and haven’t heard anything back. Both my wife and I are beginning new jobs soon and have tried to explain that to the manager because it goes on deaf ears. He says that we are the only unit that is pulling the most electricity (which I highly doubt). We got a text from our manager last night asking when we are going to pay the overages. We always pay the base rent on time but it’s just been these past few months, we’ve been struggling with the overages. Is there anything we can do about this and is the manager just trying to get more money from us or what? We don’t mind paying it but he is persistent with it being paid in full when we just can’t pay it fully just yet until my wife and I begin our new jobs. Suggestions are welcome.
