Houston, TX: Looking for steep parking garages or hills for incline training

I’m training for a hike with a lot of elevation gain (Guadalupe Peak). I’m hoping to find a place inside the loop where I can walk on inclines and stairs. The AIG Americas building parking garage has been recommended to me–would I likely be kicked out for using the stairwell there on a weekend?

I know I can’t actually train for elevation gain but I think that walking up/down inclines would be helpful in addition to my strength and regular cardio workouts. Any suggestions are appreciated. Also, if you have trained for more strenuous hikes, like Colorado-level elevation gains, how did you do it in Houston?

Houston, TX: Eating disorder support groups in the Houston area

I have Googled and searched here but without much luck. Does anyone know of any local support groups for people eating disorders?

I have been hiding my ED for a long time and at this point I think a group setting would be helpful for me. Preferably free or low-cost. I’m okay with Zoom groups. I live inside the loop so something central is preferable. Thanks
