Chinese New Year is coming up and I am going to do a big hotpot thing at home with my family. Unfortunately there's not a lot of good options for buying hotpot ingredients near me. Hong Kong market over on Scarsdale has a pretty good selection of vegetables and frozen/fresh seafood, but I couldn't find much in the way of meat. The meat they had didn't look very good, and I didn't see anything that was pre-sliced super thin the way it's usually prepared for hotpot.

Does anyone know if Welcome Food on Bellaire has hot pot meat prepared like this? Or where in the Houston area I can go to get some premium pre-sliced meats?

Tried to google for this but mostly the results are hotpot restaurants, and Chinese grocers don't tend to have websites that let you browse their stock.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

(Also if you are a hotpot afficionado and have suggestions on must-haves and where to get them, by all means lay those on me too!)
