I'm in the market for buying a new place this year, my wife found what seems like some nice priced properties online that she liked and in the price range we're looking for, but I'm not sure about how to value the area. It is in the northwest, basically between Willowbrook (249) and Jersey Village (290), is it good and safe to live there with your family? Any issues? Or maybe look for a little bit further northeast between Lakewood Forest and Cypress?Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the area that you can share.
