Postseason
Who in the postseason is concerning? Yankees are a decent team but have not been firing on all cylinders as of lately. Rays are not the team they used to be if we’re being quite honest. Jays are another decent team and do give us a bit of competition. We pretty much dominate the mariners.
If we beat any of those, who is concerning and might give us an actual challenge in the Astros fall classic?
Dodgers? Offense seems pretty intimidating if I’m being honest but when it comes to pitching Urias is the only one who does concern me. Dodgers aren’t a long home run kind of team so they’re most likely going for small ball and outfield hits which is our weak point.
Mets? Mad Max and Degrom are a very dangerous duo, pitching wins games. Haven’t kept up with most of the Mets as of lately so can’t say much about them.
Braves? 2021 Champs looking for a back to back? Have been quite hot and have actually been a pretty good team. Batting is consistent but pitching is sometimes good and sometimes just fine.
Cards? Last ditch effort push to try and get pujols a ring? Pujols hits #700 to win the world series? Manfred actually scripted this to get pujols to 700 in the world series to boost ratings?
