Do you need a Texas ID to get unemployment?
My husband WFH. With the fear of the hurricane next week there is a very real chance his job will fire him if we go days without power like we did with Ida last year. If so, can he still file for unemployment if he doesn’t have a Texas ID? He has a driver’s license it’s just from another state. We don’t have a vehicle so we never got around to getting him one. Now I’m wondering if we need to scramble to ret him one before the storm hits. Thank you.
