Building "Bridges" Across the Bayou City!
Is there any regulation (or recourse) when too many people move in to a single residence? There is a limit to number of pets, is there also a limitation to number of people or adults or…? If a 2 bedroom townhouse/apartment/condo/duplex, for example, has 15 people identified as living there, who’s responsibility is it to address the issues/problems?

Read MoreThis happened to me on Thursday. I didn’t ask at the time, and it’s been nagging at me since. His cell phone was held in position where his body cam would have view of the screen. Other than the photograph, nothing was less that perfectly professional and very courteous. I’m just trying to determine what could have been the point of that.
Note: I’m a middle aged woman who was wearing ugly work clothes. While my family thinks that I’m adorable, I’m pretty sure the rest of the planet would disagree.
