Is there a practical reason for a Christmas tree to have been placed on top of this building during construction?

I know there is no real solution to this but looking at the piles that are in small drifts in some places and covering the sidewalks, it reminds me of snow in Amarillo. I have been amusing myself lately with thinking of craft ideas for it. Perhaps a w…
Read MoreI’m near Sharpstown and there was maybe less than 10% compared to last weekend. Did they mostly get used up last week? Were fireworks stands closed this week? Last night was quiet after around 1 but last week is was non-stop until after 3am. Was it different everywhere?

I can’t find this information and have emailed the question to the inspector with no response yet. The enclosed area is where workers use the facilities for the restroom. The inspector did not state to overlock the entrances. An outspoken neighbor believes that we can be fined. I’d expect that the person entering is the one at risk. If we had other restrooms available, it would be a non-issue.
Can anyone point me to the answer? Thanks.
