Raw Pork Knuckles?
Anyone know where in Houston I can find pork shanks? I’ve tried HEB, B&W Meats, Super H Mart, and a couple neighborhood Mexican meat markets and nothing. Even called Central Market and nothing.
After striking out I thought I’d just use hocks but these places don’t even carry fresh hocks. Everything I’ve seen is smoked hocks. I need fresh.
Also why are these so hard to find?
