I Applied 3/27, got Approved 4/2, and have just filed for my 3rd week of payment. All my payments still say

Amount Deposited: 0.00
Reason for No Payment: Reviewing your claim to determine if we can pay you benefits. If we need additional information, we will contact you.

I've seen several other people with the same problem in the Texas subreddit, some who have filed over a month ago still with no change to their payment amounts.

I've even called the automated hotline and it says there are no issues that I need to resolve.

Has anyone else had this and been able to find an explanation?
