Also y'all rent is way cheaper than ours. I am getting too many options on APartmentList and niche.com isn't useful so help?

1. I want to be close enough to get to Astro games with EASE
2. A good school district for my Kindergartner
3. Walkable enough to hit up a grocery store or a park

Initially, I did all the darn looking and ended up picking 3 places in alief based on price and if Tobe Nwigwe has taught me anything, I ain't leaving Atlanta for damn Alief. I then looked at some spots in Clear Lake and Memorial but they were not diverse enough for my tastes. Should i stick to Montrose?
