Hi everyone, I am currently in Tokyo, Japan. Was stationed here and have a family and decided to move back to Houston. I wasn't born there but studied there a decade ago. I did experience alot of crime and was even a victim on numerous occasions. (From buying a cell phone to paying for gas) . What's a good area that's safe and good schools? Lived in the Harris Country Area in Houston. Have things improved or something? I've heard from friends Plano texas, El Paso,South west mickinney and North Dallas are great areas. It's my wife's and kids first time in the states and I admit they are scared but I assured them we would move somewhere friendly and safe.
