After a year of trying to work out at home I am struggling and really needing some strength training. I used to go to Houston gym & LA fitness but I don't feel comfortable with those and the current situation. My thought was that most of the CF gyms "boxes", whatever are usually open air and less crowded but most of the ones ive looked at are doing 6' spacing and no masks which is dumb imo. Does anyone know of a place that is responsibly offering classes?
