Thinking about buying a house in Spring Branch, is it worth it?
Neighborhood (zip 77043) is crappy, but getting a good deal on a house. Neighbors are sketchy, but it looks like lots of homes are being gutted and re-done. Not sure if it’s a wise investment? I worry about crime, and the unsightly lack of care for yards and homes in the are. Not sure what y’all think?
