I’ve tried so many times to warn people that their lights are off at night or when is raining and never works. I must have done this in 50 different instances and I think maybe once the person actually went ahead and turn their lights on. What is wrong…

I may have a job opportunity in Beaumont, and since I am not a big fan of that area, I am thinking that moving to Mont Belvieu may be an option (~50 min drive from there). I have two small kids and the schools seem good , but housing prices seem higher…
