Most efficient way to use AC/Central Air
I’m new to Houston and new to apartment building living. I’m the type who cannot sleep when i’m slightly warm and cannot think when i’m slightly cold. I WFH and have been typically setting my temp at 66 for when I sleep and increasing it to 70-72 when I wake up. The issue is my bill was incredibly high relative to the few friends I know here and if I don’t decrease the temp back down by 4-5pm it won’t be cool enough by the time I go to sleep. What is more efficient, leaving it at 66-68 all the time or decreasing it in the evening and increasing in the morning?
