26 years old! I've lived in Houston for a few years. Originally moved to Houston in high school after moving internationally for several years, then went to a private school for HS, then went to 3 different universities. Because of all the changes I've had a lot of difficulty maintaining many friendships long term. It seems like everyone I know has a big group of friends that they've known since they were kids. I worked as a ICU nurse for the past 3.5 years and made some friends at work. Now I'm in a very intense full-time graduate school program and am stuck at home doing online classes. I want to just meet some cool, high quality people. I'm open to pretty much anything! Only thing is I'm not crazy about drinking/bars etc. I enjoy a nice bottle of wine with dinner but I dislike the bar scene, clubs, etc. I just find that a lot of advice caters to guys; maybe there is some advice that might be more helpful for me?
