Hey everyone, looking to move to Houston around August, and the apartments in the title are my top choices and they're pretty much in different areas. Was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts/comments on any of the complexes. Don't have to compare them if you only know one or some of them. Just looking for opinions to better inform my decision since I'll have to start applying soon. For context, I'm a recent college grad (23M) and am moderately social. Would like to be around other younger folks my age. Anything is appreciated, thanks!

I will be moving to Houston after graduating college this upcoming May and am looking for the scoop on some good apartment choices or some places I should visit/take tours of. I'm a single guy and willing to pay up to 2200-2300 per month on rent for either 1 or 2 bedrooms (would still have the 2 bdr spot by myself so I wouldn't split the rent). That's not necessarily my range, lesser rent cost & whatever is the best bang for buck are best. I would like to be around other recent college grads or younger people, and it looks like the best areas for that are downtown, midtown, Montrose, EaDo, & Washington Ave, so I'm open to those areas. I'd love a spot with a pool, walking distance/short drive to bars & restaurants, and that has easy access to highways. I won't have any pets.
