May be a long shot but for those of you with an FCCU account, I have a car loan with them but never been able to find a way to successfully link my BoA checking account. I've always had to use their online payment portal (previously baconpay.com or something), now it's a different site, but always a $5 transaction to pay.

I've even worked with their customer support without luck. It's very possible I'm completely missing something easy but anyone been able to link their external checking or savings and make payments without a transaction fee?
