I recently moved to Texas and I'm renting an apartment down in Montrose and my A/C broke 5 days ago. The management at the complex keeps sending out a mechanic, who will work on it for like an hour but the mechanic never fixes it. Just gets it running for an hour before it breaks again. The mechanic/management refuses to give us a temporary A/C unit. Do I have any legal recourse to force the issue as I'm tired of sleeping with my apartment in the mid 80's
