Houston MLM Schemes—How can I tell if I am applying for an MLM Recruitment scam? https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-schemes-how-can-i-tell-if-i-am-applying-for-an-mlm-recruitment-scam/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-schemes-how-can-i-tell-if-i-am-applying-for-an-mlm-recruitment-scam Wed, 08 Mar 2023 20:02:44 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=ca77db83f124e19fadadcac54c524e7f

Hello Houston!

Hope you've all been well and enjoying your afternoon!

Today's post is a little different. Im not gonna be dissecting a scam center, this is more informational.

The reason this post is a liiiiittle different is the past 2-3 weeks I've had the HIGHEST NUMBER OF PEOPLE REACHING OUT to tell me they've been employed by or been to interviews with these scam centers and that they have an uneasy feeling about what they are involved with and want clarification on being able to identify these places. Your gut talks to you for a reason folks!

So today's post

HOW CAN I TELL IF IM APPLYING FOR AN MLM SCHEME OR NOT?

Im going to divide this into 3 parts; Job application, Interview, Post-Interview.

1) The Job Application:

If you pay any attention to these "marketing", "Events coordinator", "Entry level marketing" job postings, you will notice a pattern appearing in a few of them. As of recently, a lot of these pseudo-businesses have started to hide their names just so people will submit their resume, giving them a reason to call back to try to set up an interview. Here are the red flags, words, and patterns to look out for, REMINDER: THESE PEOPLE PREY ON THOSE WHO DON'T HAVE PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE, RECENT GRADUATES, AND PEOPLE WHO ARE DESPERATE FOR A JOB, I KINDLY ASK THAT YOU DON'T JUDGE THOSE WHO FALL FOR THESE SCAMS, IT COMES FROM NOT KNOWING. ANYONE CAN BE SCAMMED. ;

-Jobs are titled :Marketing Coordinator, Entry level marketing, Junior Marketing Coordinator, Events Marketing Specialist. ,Entry level Account Manager etc.

-Ambiguous language under the posts; "Working with World Class Non-profits", "Our Fortune 500 clients", "Drive client acquisitions in events (you will setup in front of stores and ask people for donations)"," Face to Face client acquisitions through marketing initiatives (you're going to go door to door)"

- They will be looking for; Student Mentality, Willingness to go above and beyond, "Team Player", Positive Attitude, Go through the Management Training Program (HUGE RED FLAG, pretty much a guarantee that its a scam center)

-They will be very ambiguous about what they do, it will be a bunch of words without saying any of the responsibilities. Here is a job post with real responsibilities. You know exactly what you will be doing and how you will be doing it. Looks solid right? A real marketing job with marketing responsibilities. Now compare it with a scam center job responsibilities . You get the idea.

-Their Website: A redditor once commented on one of my posts : I'll add my 2 cents for anyone who wants additional "warning signs" to help them avoid wasting time while they job hunt:

A company's website exists for 1 primary reason - advertising their services to potential customers so they can make sales.

When you look at "Third Coast Events" - they make ZERO efforts to sell their "marketing and sales" services to anyone. They do however make A LOT of effort to promote why you should work there.

Why? Because scams like this are profitable by sucking in as many people as they can. A legitimate business will use that valuable home page to sell their business to customers, not for recruitment. That stuff will be buried under "About Us" or "Careers" sections.

The sole purpose of a business' website is to be a storefront for the products. The services offered and the business' products are clearly labeled, and stated. If you pay attention to these scam business' websites, you will see that everything is geared toward enticing a potential applicant to join them. Here is an example from a scam center website, notice the language and how nothing is listed, except "why you should join us" Here is another one It may feel like they are saying what they do, but there is nothing concrete. Besides Face-to-Face which means you will have to go up to people.

Let's say you didn't know any better and applied to one of these jobs. They get back to you the same day or the day after you reply. Wow! Crazy how easy it was! They call you over for an interview, they tell you to dress in business attire and bring a copy of your resume.

2) The Interview:

The first thing you will notice is the bare bones office. There's a printer room, and some games around. No chairs. There is music playing. They will usually book interviews for 3-4 people back to back, to give the illusion that this is some kind of highly desired job. And everyone is being very smiling, positive, and friendly...almost too positive. Your interviewer pulls you into an office and you guys start going over your resume:

-They will ask you questions that are clearly stated on your resume.

-They will tell you that they work with Fortune 500 clients, big companies, etc.

-Then they will show you the pyramid (it wont be called that but its a step by step of the MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM) and they will tell you all the crazy money you will earn by owning your own business and building your team and HOW THEY WILL TEACH YOU. There is no management training program...You'll be groomed into becoming an "owner" for one of these DevilCorp Companies (Cydcor, Credico, Smart Circle, Cobra Group, etc.)

-This is when they will explain you the Pyramid The Social Enterprise Inc. Scam center actually lists the pyramid out in their website.

-Any questions you ask will be met with ambiguous answers. Especially regarding compensation.

-They will end the interview by scheduling a second round interview which will go more in-depth with another (usually a higher up) scam center member, or sometimes "the owner".

-If you can breathe, have two legs, and a working car you're pretty much hired.

It's here that i'd like to point out THE ENTIRE INTERVIEW PROCESS IS SCRIPTED FOR THEM. THEY LEARN HOW TO INTERVIEW AND PLAY ON PEOPLES WANTS WHEN THEY BECOME A SR. ACCOUNT MANAGER. So no matter what answers you give, they are following a script. And this script is cleaned and perfected so those who don't have experience do not notice anything odd, but those who have any real work experience can tell is a joke.

Let's say you still didn't see the red flags...Don't worry, I didn't either at one point, and ended up wasting 3 months of my life. So you decide to take the job and go in for your first day, YAY.

3)Post- Interview:

First thing you will notice on your first day is after you fill your paperwork, they ask you how you want to be paid....You have two options 1) full commission (this is sold as you earn what you are worth), 2) a fix amount if you hit a certain amount of sales in one week. (For example $500 if you get 4 successful sales).

Then you go into the "Atmosphere Room", there are no chairs. There is music blasting.

-They chant, and scream in excitement.

-They have phrases that they repeat.

-They will talk about "High Rollers", "Business Trips" and "The Owner" will come in and give some passionate speech about their rags to riches, or stickin it to the man stories to hype the new ones up, and how this business is better than those "9-5 shmucks" before sending them out to "The field" for their first day.

-You will be assigned a "Team Leader" who will be your teacher. You are encouraged to spend as much time with them as possible to learn as much as possible. In a way its smart indoctrination.

-You will be given a small booklet with things such as "Law of Averages", " Jones Effect" ETC. and you are told to study, study, study, there is a test coming!

This cult-like environment can change those who don't know into believing they are doing something good and noble and not wasting their time on a "regular job"...But they don't know that those regular jobs will bring more stability into their lives than any scam center can...It comes from a place of ignorance....

Here is the brilliant devilcorp website that explains all of this step by step.

And the slave circle documentary that saved so many people, and continues to do so.

So good people of Houston. Please please and pretty please, Reach out to friends, family, loved ones, those who know someone in this business, and inform them. The only way to get on top of these scam centers that operate within the Gray Zone of the law is through education and information.

Share this with those who need it.

As always, thank you for your support, and thanks for reading!

Houston MLM Recruitment Schemes—–Revolve Marketing Executives https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-recruitment-schemes-revolve-marketing-executives/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-recruitment-schemes-revolve-marketing-executives Wed, 18 Jan 2023 20:39:34 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=7548f2f91df5d1c720a4be46f50e57e7

Hello Houston!

Hope you've all had a wonderful holiday season.

Ready to hear about another "opportunity" that can increase your income, and you can not have to work in a few years because you're gonna accumulate ungodly amounts of wealth and never have to work again? (This is how a pyramid scheme is usually pitched btw)

This clown show is called Revolve Marketing Executives (lol they really thought this name sounded like a "Big business" , but they did use revolve due to their revolving door of people they prey on). It's ran by Jocelin. I will leave a link to their open corporates page below.

If you really want to laugh, go and read their website, where they claim they've developed multiple successful marketing campaigns. Their website also goes over the steps of their pyramid very clearly.

Here is an excerpt from their "professional" website: *Our approach within large retail venues allows us to target shoppers live in a spending money frame of mind already. We are able to market the product or service more effectively because of this.* ....yeah they actually wrote this thinking people won't be able to tell that its bs. To the untrained eye this might look normal, but anyone who knows remotely anything about marketing and business will be able to see right through this. But they don't care about you people who know better, they want recent graduates and people that lack experience.

Whats their marketing campaign you ask?

It's walking up and down the aisles in walmart and sams club and signing people onto Just Energy...Yep, thats right. This is "marketing" to them. Unfortunately people without prior work experience don't know the difference between sales and marketing.

Work from 7am-8pm, 6 days a week

Commissions only,

Carpooling with people you don't know,

No reimbursement for gas, food, time etc.

You're constantly told that it's not a sales job, and its a marketing job. But everything depends on you to make sales. No sales= no pay, no promotion, no moving up the ladder, no creating your own team, etc.

You're supposed to also join their team nights and other after work activities, because they WILL try to make this business your entire life, and if you act otherwise, you will be shunned.

They have 5 starts on google reviews. Thats right! They are so good that they have exactly 0 negative reviews over the past year!!!

They follow the Social Enterprises Inc. model where they will flag and report every real review, and only allow reviews they force the people they hire and/or sell to, to write. A quick look through their reviews though and things get even weirder. Former employees writing about how "amazing the business and sales classes" are. (It's their morning cult meetings). If you look through the comments you will soon see the pattern. "*Employee name* did an amazing job, they were very helpful, I didn't know about Just energy and what they offer, im happy i switched" bla bla bla. It's eeirly similar....and there is a reason, The reps will make the people they sell to write these. It's all a sales pitch to find more people to recruit.

2 former workers have reached out to me to talk about them. They were roped in because of desperation and a lack of realistic explanation of what they do. One of the individuals who reached out to me has quoted " I needed a job, and I was blindly applying to everything. They reached back the same day. I didn't know what the job was until the first day out on the field. My questions were met with vague answers, and the website, reviews and employees couldn't give me a clear answer until i was at a Walmart flagging people down to talk about Just Energy".

Beware of positions advertised as: Junior Marketing Coordinator, Entry Level Marketer, Management Trainee (lmao) , Product Marketing Associate, Entry Level Marketing Coordinator.

Their job postings, exactly like Social Enterprises, are only on LinkedIn and WayUp.

Beware Houston Jobseekers, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE LOSERS.

Here's their open corporates page, and Here is their linkedin page

As always thank you and spread the word around.

Houston MLM Schemes—G&G Consulting https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-schemes-gg-consulting/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-schemes-gg-consulting Fri, 02 Dec 2022 22:26:04 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=ad4ff53a8cc137d6496cc90c7b21363e

Hello Houston! I swear I will never run out of these. But best thing I can do is to let all of you know.

Today's clown show comes to you in the form of G&G consulting. A bit more aggressive than the other scam centers in the sense that, they have managed to go under the radar for a long time, and have created multiple offices in different cities.

WHO ARE THEY?

This scam center is headed by Kristina G., she is originally from Southern California. Apparently got into this "business" after graduating college and wanting an "entry level marketing" job. She has operated various successful and unsuccessful scam centers since 2017 in multiple states. She has also started a scam center in Virginia called D.C. Promotions inc. But the business is registered in the same placce as G&G.

Their address is : 3100 Timmons Ln, Suite 510

Her lackeys treat her as some business guru, meanwhile all she does is feed off the overpriced cable and internet (ATT) her lackeys sell door-to-door.

They are very active on their instagram, and upload pictures of the lackeys having fun regularly. Funny thing is most of them disappear after 2-3 photos lmao.

They have been operating for around a year and half.

WHAT DO THEY DO?

Door-to-Door cable and internet. Att. Surprised? Me neither. However, the ultimate sales pitch to people they are trying to recruit is : Management training program in which within 6-8 months you will open your own business (from which Kristina will make more money, and you are required to hire and promote others to open their own offices, from which you AND Kristina will make money....See the pyramid forming?) They all do the same s**t, nothing to be surprised about here.

- NO reimbursement for gas, food, or time.

-You are expected to drive your car everywhere

-Commissions only. If you don't sell , you are told that: "You're not following the systems correctly"

-Cultish morning "business" meetings in which you are hyped up to be a salesman.

-You're told its 9-5 but its actually 7am-8pm.

-"Optional" team nights, but in reality you are expected to attend, if you don't you are shunned by Kristina.

-"Business trips to random towns in Texas, 4+ people in one hotel room, no allowance for gas or food.

sounds familiar?

THEIR JOB POSTINGS/SOCIALS/WEBSITE/REVIEWS

The job is only posted on indeed, since it's the most widely used platform for these clowns to operate and Indeed's horrible response rate to reports.

When you go to their website (here) you will realize that nothing about what they do is discussed. It's just fancy jargon. None of the services they provide are clearly stated. Once you know a few of these scam centers you realize the website, just like everything they do, is just a SALES PITCH to get more recruits. So if the unexpecting recent graduate tries to do some research about them, on the surface level everything will seem ok.

Their instagram page is full of them "having fun" all the time. LOOK AT US, WE ARE SUCH A FUN COMPANY, COME WORK WITH US, CAN'T YOU SEE HOW MUCH FUN WE ARE HAVING? oh and the typical motivational bs randomly scattered around.

Conveniently they have 0 google reviews, but after some digging I found the following glassdoor review:

I was explicitly lied to during the interview, then stuck shilling for cable TV packages. Had to drive all over the city but wasn't reimbursed for gas. I was told 9-5 but ended up working 7am-8pm. Constantly had to listen to their marketing meetings which were just cultish and obnoxious. The ultimate goal was for me to 'start my own company' that they would make money from. They take advantage of gullible college kids for exploitation. These people are disgusting.

Be careful out there fine folk of Houston.

TLDR: G&G CONSULTING INC. IN HOUSTON IS AN MLM RECRUITMENT SCAM OPERATED BY KRISTINA G. BEWARE!

Thanks as always!

Also do not forget to leave a google review to Social Enterprises Inc. to let them know how collecting charities doesn't change the fact that they are scammers.

BOOOooooooo Scary Door-to-Door scam center coming near you!

Happy Halloween Houston!

Today I am bringing to you another one of these crap-shows (I swear we will never run out of these).

The name of the scam center is Third Coast Events Inc.

The person who runs the scam center is Dana I. . This scam center has been around for a bit over 4 years. The reason how they were able to get away with being open for 4 years (They used to sell useless crap in Costco and Sam's Club), they are very quick at shutting down any kind of dissent or criticism. They reply to each and every single review. Feel free to leave one.

So what do they do?

They sell door-to-door water. Nestle water. Like door-to-door not even to businesses but also to residential areas as well. They promote Nestle to poor neighborhoods...

When you are interviewing they will talk to you about the management training program, and how they will help you own your own business (lol). But that you've got to start from "the field" because "that's how everyone starts in this business, so we all get the same opportunity". Dana tricks people by saying its a salary position in the first interview, and when you get to the first day you are told its commission only.

Of course, like any of these, you are told to wear a suit and show up. You won't know what you are going to be doing until you get piled up into cars and get told to go to mid to low income neighborhoods to sell water door to door. No food, water, or gas reimbursement.

Strictly Commissions.

6 days a week, 8 am to 8 pm.

First 3 hours is indoctrination and the rest of the hours are in the field.

Your weekly pay will be around 180$

How do I know this? They came to my door! The kid, who I felt really bad for, was definitely not made for this job and seemed like it was his first or second day. I told the kid to look into them.

Here are some reviews:

" Literally the biggest waste of time for consumers and as an "employment opportunity"... and I use that term very loosely. If the company has to have a meeting frequently explaining to you why it is different than a pyramid scheme and an MLM, that a clear red flag*.*

It is hard for consumers to know if they are buying from this company because they will pose as representatives from the companies they are selling. But if you are reading this review searching for a job... work at Chick-Fil-A and you will make more money. "

here is another one:

" Not truthful. This company wasted my brothers time, and were not truthful about what the job was. You will be selling water door-to-door in residential neighborhoods, not business to business. Door to door sales is already a dying medium of sales, but mix that with a global pandemic and what you get is a massive waste of time. The person giving the interview made it sound like this was business to business sales convincing businesses to switch their water/snack services over to Nestle. My brother asked great questions, but nothing can prevent the interviewer from not being transparent. So to sum it up, this is residential door to door sales. If that's what you're looking for then this is the job for you! If not then pass on this "opportunity" "

They advertise on linkedin and other job boards under "event marketing assistant" or "entry level marketing".

https://www.thirdcoastevents.com/

heres their website.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now for a quick and fun update.

Social Enterprise Inc. is not at all happy with me spreading the word and have been dealing with people that find my posts that waste their time. Thank you to all of those who do.

Bryce claims that I've been harassing his family. And that I've followed him here from Austin. LOL. All I do is present the information to the people, they make their own conclusions. But in case you guys wanted to see how manipulative this loser is:

Here is an in depth explanation from a redditor about the Social Enterprise Inc's hiring process.

Here is a screenshot of Bryce trying to Guilttrip someone into staying.

^ this is the screams of someone who is trying to con people.

Bryce, if you are reading this, you are a loser. Stop telling people to stick to the systems when they have questions and be honest for once in your life. Your "business" isn't yours, its owned by another company. They can shut you down at any time, you know you're not making what you were once promised. Turn to the light side. Stop scamming people.

Stay safe, happy Halloween.

Thanks again.

Houston MLM Pyramid Schemes—–Social Enterprise Inc(again) and Mindesto https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-pyramid-schemes-social-enterprise-incagain-and-mindesto/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-pyramid-schemes-social-enterprise-incagain-and-mindesto Fri, 23 Sep 2022 15:31:54 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=21e92f5f29ad53ae7e53ff8627f5276c

Hello Houston, Happy Friday.

I hope everyones had a good week and are looking forward to cooler days.

Today we will be looking at Social Enterprise Inc. again, and also take a look at Mindesto. The reason why we are looking at Social Enterprise Inc. again, is that over the last month, they have done everything they can to:

  • Take down real reviews on google that show them for who they are
  • Purchase/Promote over 100+ fake reviews to make their "business" look legit
  • Post on every single job platform including LinkedIn
  • Try to pull a curtain over jobseekers eyes and pretend to be a legitimate company.

The amount of people that have reached out to me because they've been lied to, scammed and not paid by them is staggering.

A little recap of the information: The owner is BRYCE (**Social Enterprises Inc., The little local book inc.). Jennifer (Solve Inc., elevation105 ) , Brandon(The little local book, elevation 105, Social Enterprise Inc) are the other henchmen involved. These jokers have opened offices in Austin(Social Enterprise Inc) and Aurora,CO (Solve,Inc.). Multiple red flags are present on their websites and in their reviews. All of this information will be listed below for you to look at. Even though these con-men operate this scam, they are NOT listed in their website, and all the information is hidden.

They have a 10-12 month "management training program" where at the end you will open up your own office, and scam others. This is sold as a "business opportunity" where they will teach you "how to own your business". Obviously its a scam, you become a Credico/Smart Circle/Cydcor/ Cobra Group franchise and have to slave away for pennies. These thieves work with a charity, and run a charity campaign(Anti-Bullying and Anti-Drug) and you are required to talk up to 35 people a day, and sign on 2 customers. If you don't, you don't get paid. The typical red flag words are around; Student Mentality, Positive Attitude, Fear of Loss, Jones Effect. These manipulators want you to "persuade" ,but really force, people to give charity donations so the bosses can make money.

Here is an anonymous person who reached out to me on here: " it’s basically a pitch. The “event” is going to some store and standing outside. Flagging people down to pitch them the little speech for the charity. For example: you’re outside a chipotle and you just pitch every single person who comes outside. Its basically begging for money "

and

" All in all I was told very vague things during the interview process and orientation. And when I tried to ask questions of people there the answers were always super vague. I also hate how it’s labeled marketing. When it’s literally a sales job. And there is zero help for gas money. When they’ll send you almost 2 hours away to an “event”.

Please beware, and if you would like, go ahead and leave them an actual review of their scam center.

THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING A SERIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN TO MAKE SURE YOU, THE JOBSEEKERS, DONT KNOW THAT THEY ARE A SCAM.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mindesto is based out of Webster. They are a DOOR-TO-DOOR AT&T sales. They have been posting job postings such as "marketing associate" "events marketing" "events marketing coordinator" which is all a bunch of bs. They make you go door to door in lower income neighborhoods trying to sell small businesses AT&T.

All commission. No gas or food reimbursment. Be prepared to drive 2 hours away just to make no money.

You are forced to be at the office at 7am, sell until 5, drive back to the office, and have your day recapped, before you get to go home at 7pm. All for the promise of "Being your own boss"

A redditor reached out to me and said the following: " Both(Consulting 88 inc. another scam) took me through a two step interview then offered me the job a few hours after the second interview. I asked for more time to think about it and they both pretty much pressured me by saying they have so many different applicants and I need to say yes or no " (This is called the Jones Effect and Fear of Loss, its a psychological manipulation technique that they utilize against unsuspecting business owners to sell them AT&T "the offer is only here for today")

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. MINDESTO IS AN MLM SCAM.

Hello Houston,

I am bringing you the second one this month! I may have to take a break for a month here, but I will be doing research.

This MLM Scam Center has strings that tie all the way to Austin and under 2 different company names that aren't even in operation. This place is registered under a different name online. And its registered out of Austin and Aurora,CO. I believe that there are 2 separate offices acting out as one under this office. The "owner" and the "assistant manager" have their own offices but when you search for both of them you find nothing. Through following the little scattered clues (These people were very secretive about who is in charge and the other associated public info), I was able to come to a conclusion and connect all the dots. This shows you how deep the rabbit hole goes. These scammers get kicked from town to town to go scam. When enough people know about your scam, its time to move to another town.

The owner is Bryce (Social Enterprises Inc., The little local book inc.). Jennifer (Solve Inc., elevation
105 ) , Brandon(The little local book, elevation 105, Social Enterprise Inc) are the other henchmen involved. These jokers have opened offices in Austin(Social Enterprise Inc) and Aurora,CO (Solve,Inc.). Multiple red flags are present on their websites and in their reviews. All of this information will be listed below for you to look at.

Bryce is revered by all the upper management (the 3 people that have been there for longer than 6 months). And this sentiment is pushed down to the newcomers. You must look up to this sleezebag if you want to move up in the company.

At the interview, you wont be told what you will be doing, but this "OPPORTUNITY" will be dangled in front of your face. All your questions will be carefully passed or avoided.

They have a 10-12 month "management training program", which is where they brainwash/indoctrinate you into becoming one of these manipulators. Great isnt it? Well you get commissions until you get there, and once you become an "owner".....well you still have to work for comissions yourself. And on top of it, you are required to get workers and have them slave away for close to 4$ an hour and not pay them for gas, food, miles, etc.

10 hour workdays, standing under the heat, food and gas paid from your pocket, and all that for tiny commissions, only for the hopes of "if you do this for a year, you might get your own office". When you become a manager, the head corporation starts to manipulate you as well. So you have no choice but to lie and cheat.

These people are really adamant that they arent doing anything wrong, and they routinely spam fake 5 star ratings on google reviews, so feel free to leave a real review so people can know what it is like before getting into this scam and can be prepared if they still choose to go along with it.

TLDR:SOCIAL ENTERPRISE INC. IS AN MLM RECRUITMENT PYRAMID SCHEME, JOBSEEKERS BEWARE.

Here are the links for all that are involved:

Social Enterprises Inc: https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_tx/0804133561

Social Enterprises Website (Which conveniently doesnt have the owners' names): https://socialenterprisetx.com/

Solve Inc. (The colorado office that these guys are related to): https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_co/20211612201

Elevation 105: https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_tx/0804213040

Pay attention to the names of the people. Once on closes they are ready to use the other names. These people are some serious scammers, and they are looking to prey on innocent people who are desperate for a job. Please spread the word around.

Houston MLM Pyramid Schemes—The FWRD Creative https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-pyramid-schemes-the-fwrd-creative/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-pyramid-schemes-the-fwrd-creative Wed, 10 Aug 2022 20:11:59 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=4ef0d49a16aa30575d771e1e4f0fc791

Happy Humpday Houston!

Hope everyone is staying hydrated.

Today's clown show is a very careful one that hides almost every single detail about themselves. But I snoop, and I was able to get enough concrete information that was enough to put on a post. The reason I chose these clowns this time is due to their secrecy. There is barely any information on them online, so if you apply to their ads on career builder, or indeed, etc. there is a very high chance to confuse them with a legitimate business. The lack of reviews and information enables this specific operation to thrive.

The FWRD Creative, not to be confused with FWRD, is an MLM Recruitment Scheme based over at Savoy Drive. They do not go door-to-door, but what they make you do is run a charity campaign where you are standing around in the heat talking to people in the blistering summer heat. The charity they work with is called "Heifer International". The charity is legit, but why they work with Cydcor, Smart Circle, etc. is beyond me.

Their job postings advertise as; Sales Associate, Customer Service Rep, Events Sales, Sales Team Member etc. Sales is prominently featured in their job postings, which credit where its due, they do advertise positions for sales. Their LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram pages are blank with barely any information. They do not have google reviews, and have not claimed their physical address as a business so you are not able to leave any reviews. You have to really dig through to find a post by a redditor to get any kind of honest review.

The typical "You need to do X amount of sales to interview people and grow your team to move up in the company" scam.

  • You are required to drive your own car.
  • No expenses are covered (food, gas, etc. ).
  • Its commission or a 415$ weekly base pay.
  • The position is advertised as 8-5, but with the driving and the mandatory meeting with the boss after work(on what you can do better tomorrow), and the driving back home, realistically its 8-8:30/9
  • You MUST keep a positive attitude, if you as much as sigh be prepared to get checked on your behavior, and over time, shunned.
  • Various manipulation and sales techniques are taught you so you can use them on people to get them to donate.
  • There are various Numbers you have to hit. Talk to 30-40 people, close 1-2 customers etc. If you dont, whether you are on commision or not, you dont get paid.
  • Typical Checks for a week of 10 hour workdays are around 180$

If you quit this type of business or mention someone you know who quit, you/they are labeled as losers, quitters and "weren't meant for the business". Motivational Speakers are brought to the office in the morning (no a/c and chairs in the office btw[This is a form of behavior control] ) and give inspirational speeches trying to sell you the point that "This business will save your life and help you achieve your dreams". They categorize peoples wants into 4 F's : Family, Fame, Fortune and Freedom. And whatever your goals are, will be used against you to guilt trip you into staying in this dead end operation where you are wasting gas, money and time.

The "owner" goes by Mo, and on their website you can see the names of the other scammers that are in the office.

Thank you, please beware and share

TLDR: THE FWRD CREATIVE IS AN MLM SCAM, THEY HAVE 0 BAD REVIEWS AND VERY SECRETIVE ONLINE. BEWARE!

Here is their website: https://www.thefwrdcreative.com/

PS. The next post will be on Social Enterprise Inc. if you've been employed by them or know of someone who has been, please feel free to contact me.

Thanks for your support.

Houston MLM Scams—Five Nine Solutions Inc. https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-scams-five-nine-solutions-inc/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-scams-five-nine-solutions-inc Fri, 22 Jul 2022 15:48:45 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=a16d85a5310658be3373b4a0a9f9b627

Hello Houston, I hope everyone is ready for the weekend. Stay Hydrated.

Today I am bringing you another one of these MLM Scams. Originally I had thought that I would find maybe 2-3 of these. There are more than 2-3. Now you might say "Well, we kind of know what to look out for now", but these scammers are very adept at masking their operations. So if I see ones that really stick out, and pretend to be something they are not, I will post it.

Today's clown show is called Five Nine Solutions Inc. They are located in Yorktown Plaza on W Alabama St. I am not sure if they are a franchise of Smart Circle, Credico or Cydcor. But they are, again , like always, one of your "WE ARE GONNA HELP YOU BECOME A BUSINESS MASTERMIND AND OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS" type of recruitment pyramid scheme.

What is a recruitment pyramid scheme? Its a position in which you are lured in with the promise of a comfortable paycheck, but have to do door to door sales( or stand in walmarts/sam's clubs) and build your team to move up in the company. How do you build your team? You recruit people. From the tens of hundreds of interviews these jokers get in a month, they will try to keep as many of them as possible. It is your responsibility as a worker of one of these scams to lie through your teeth to keep these poor people sucked into the funnel. When you have a certain amount of recruits you move up in the company. And afterwards when your recruits move up, you also move up. Hence the pyramid. You pay with your time, energy, gas, and even money at times.

Now that that's out of the way, lets get into it.

These guys sell At&t door to door. They dress up in suits and play "business people" in the morning before getting stuffed into cars and hauled out to random lower income zipcodes around the city. They go as south as Texas City, and as north as Conroe. The "owner" (whose name i wont give because i dont want the post taken down, but he is super easily identifiable after a quick search) makes himself seem like an amazing business owner that gives hundreds of people opportunities, yet is simply another one of these cronies that is trying to secure his own pocket.

It is either full commission or $10 an hour with a cap at $432 per week. Your car will breakdown from driving around. You are not reimbursed for gas, or food. The working hours are stated as 8:30-5:00 but in reality its 7 am to 8 pm. New workers are forced to write 5 star reviews on google. If you read in between the lines, the 5 star reviews say the exact same thing. Its very obvious that they have some sort of a script.

They make you go through a 3-day interview process, only based on your personal qualifications, not professional qualifications. They will advertise themselves as a marketing agency, but they are a Sales company that bleeds your average person dry. As an actual marketer, every time i see them put themselves out there as a marketing agency it makes my skin crawl.

Once you are hired, you are given a script filled with manipulation techniques so you can go ahead and sell At&t to people who are small business owners. The packages you sell to them have hidden costs that screw over your small business owner at the end of the day. Expect calls from angry business owners about how you screwed them over.

The owner is from the bay area, first moved to Tennessee and opened a scam office there. And then decided to come down to our beautiful Houston and open an office here. He prominently displays himself as a big business guy and is very actively creating some sort of cult of personality within his office. So if you see his face plastered around the website and on the business social media profiles pay attention to the wording and the captions.

Here is an honest review on google : " If I could give them 0 start . This company are literally a scam in disguise . They will not be upfront with you . They will waste your time by giving you the back and forth interview rounds . To finally propose you the penny offer .

So unprofessional. Also most of this reviews must be fake "

Thank you guys as always.

TLDR; Five nine solutions inc is a scam. Jobseekers beware.

Houston MLM Schemes: Dunairos Enterprises…Jobseekers Beware! https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-schemes-dunairos-enterprises-jobseekers-beware/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-schemes-dunairos-enterprises-jobseekers-beware Wed, 29 Jun 2022 20:46:26 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=9767bbae6fb07d0a3ebd7a3f2eecbe5c

Hello Houston, I hope everyone is having a wonderful day, if not just know that it will get better.

Todays MLM Pyramid Scheme is Dunairos Enterprises

Dunairos Enterprises is located by the Space Center in Webster. I was unable to conclude whether they are a franchise of Cydcor, Credico or Smart Circle. But what is clear is that:

1) They are a typical recruitment/pyramid scheme.

2) The "owner" Desiree Richardson will steal percentages on the small sales that the reps get. So on top of only getting comission, the comission rate is cut down even further because Dunairos Enterprises owner Desiree Richardson will steal your money for herself.

Dunairos Enterprises makes you go through "3" interviews. The quotation marks are there because if you act slightly interested, can breathe, and have a car you will be offered the job after the second interview because they are "Growing" and "rapidly expanding for their client". This is a complete lie, they are constantly hiring because of their ridiculous turnover rates.

Their client is Frontier Internet, they go door-to-door try to sell crappy internet for "cheap" to various mid to lower income level neighborhood businesses. They will claim to have "established customers" however they are simply people who they've bothered 2-3 times already.

The job is 100% comission, if you do not get a sale for that day...well too bad you just wasted your gas, time and energy for no reason. Negativity is completely shunned, you are demonized for showing any kind of negative emotion, even though its part of being a human being. You are expected to keep a positive attitude NO MATTER WHAT, this is simply behavior control. You will be bombarded with cult-like MLM language to use on people. You will spend 10+ hours a day either going door-to-door, or in traffic, and will only get back about ~$275-$300 per week. That comes to about roughly $6 per hour if it was a salary job. But its not, so theres no guarantee of any pay. Despite this you will see reps smiling and having fun in all of their posts. But you rarely see the same rep in more than 1-2 pictures.

Dunairos enterprises website is here: https://www.dunairosenterprises.com/, You cannot tell what they do or what the operations are like through any of the pages. Desiree Richardson tries very very hard to keep the facade of a legitimate sales firm, however to the trained eye it is red flags everywhere. If you look in the photos where everyone is dressed in suits and around white boards, the language on the whiteboards will tell you that its an MLM Recruitment/Pyramid Scheme disguised as a business. They want you to open up another scam office, but in order to do that you need to recruit people they get in for interviews and have them stick in the company.

One aspect that was very frightening was the use of social justice on their posts. On Dunairos' social media pages Desiree will often post content that is social justice and Black Lives Matter oriented. It is simply hypocritical that Desiree claims that her business supports black lives, yet individuals who have been scammed by this company (customer and employee) that have contacted me are also black. Hypocritical and disgusting.

Their google reviews are filled with fake 5 star reviews they make their employees post. If you look through the comments you will see a clear pattern" blah blah blah *insert name of employee* helped me out and was amazing, highly recommend".

Thats all I have for you guys on this scam. Thank you as always.

TLDR; Dunairos Enterprises is a Recruitment/Pyramid Scheme, ran by Desiree Richardson. They operate out of Webster and go door-to-door selling Frontier Internet. Beware.

Houston MLM Scams- Legacy Business Development(Cydcor Franchise) https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-scams-legacy-business-developmentcydcor-franchise/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-scams-legacy-business-developmentcydcor-franchise Sat, 11 Jun 2022 22:04:43 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=c677f6ca48c0b8858fb6373a6ac577dc

Hello Houston,

It's been a while! These things take some time to dig up and also life was happening pretty fast. But alas, I am back and I am here to bring you BY FAR the scummiest of all the MLM schemes i found so far. It is so bad that the owner is listed on the DevilCorp website. This is Business Legacy Development:

The reason that this particular "business" is worse than others is the "owner"s relentless defense of his pyramid scheme, and crafty responses to people with criticism, in order to negate the criticism and manipulate the 3rd party who will be reading the comments. So this post will be less about the company, and more about the man behind it, Ramy Sindi.

Ramy Sindi is a master manipulator who became a Cydcor employee, and moved up in the pyramid to open his office in Kentucky in 2015. Later this Kentucky office was forced to close due to various forms of sexual misconduct between multiple workers. A worker whom i've spoke to on the phone has said that if you want to move up you either need to sleep with Rami or you need to butter up to him. This might sound unbelieveable but from my experience in Majesty Marketing I can confidently say that owners routinely slept with workers. It was known and was treated as a hush hush subject.

As usual there are many fake 5 star reviews by previous employees.

If you go to the Glassdoor reviews page and set the ratings to the lowest, you will be met with multiple 1 star reviews that go into detail with the most recent one letting everyone know that this is a Cydcor Franchise. The main complaints repeat in other various negative comments on the web and on glassdoor and they are as follows:

  • Pay Structure: It is as almost always 100% commission. There is a "base pay" but you need a certain number of sales, and there are always problems. Through my interviews with ex workers I've learned that most people barely make any money. Ramy Sindi follows with "If people barely make any money why would i have a couple of employees that have been with me for 2 years". and he also makes the claim that on average his employees make 45k-60k per year, but this is impossible to prove since most people leave after 2 weeks-a month. The average employee will receive 150-270$ per week.
  • The Work: It again, like 90% of these is a DOOR TO DOOR SALES job. Due to the secretive nature people do not learn what the job is until a few hours in on their first day. Rami Sindi claims that people know what they will do on their first interview. I've spoken with 4 people that have worked here, and not a single one of them knew what they would be doing until their first day. Rami Sindi also claims that the website tells people exactly what the company does, and credit where its due the website does say that they are a "Sales Company". But any mention of Door to Door is shut down by Rami Sindi "Its Business to Business". Except the part where you need to go door to door lol. Again no reimbursement for Gas, Food or any other expenses. The job is also advertised as an entry level marketing and promotions job.
  • The Pyramid Scheme: Mr. Sindi conveniently provides the definition of a pyramid scheme and follows it by "See we dont make you purchase anything therefore we are not a pyramid scheme." While disregarding the Time, Effort, Gas, Energy, Food Money that you need to spend on the daily. Sure you do not by a product in the company to sell outside, but in order to move up, you need to recruit people. The pyramid model does not lie. More Sales = More New recruits=More chances to move up. Even in the sales aspect, the pyramid model remains. Ramy Sindi also counters this by saying "If we were a pyramid scheme why would Amazon, Staples or Vivint Smart Home be our clients?". Ramy completely leaves out the part that those firms work with Cydcor, Ramy's parent company, and not with Ramy personally. Ramy Sindi does what Cydcor tells him to do, he is not a business owner. He simply is a franchisee for Cydcor.
  • Turnover: People quit every week. Shocker huh? Not really. Rami has 2 employees that have been with him for 2 years. Everyone else is a revolving door. Unfortunately they always get new people in, due to the lack of negative reviews and Rami's flagging and removing of the negative comments. It is simply a devilcorp franchise and when people realize it, they bounce.

Another thing Ramy keeps babbling about is being acredited by "Best and Brightest companies to work for" and "Fair Business Report", I'll spare you the boring details. Upon searching ,the only companies listed on these are other scam locations. It seems like this was created by the head honchos to make their franchises look legit, and not pseudo-businesses.

At the end of every large reply about how the negative review is simply wrong and there is nothing wrong with his business, Ramy Sindi will feign niceness and claim that everyone is free to call their office and get answers about their business structure....Well I called Ramy's office and upon informing the person who answered that I was conducting some research, I was recording the call and wanted to ask questions to Ramy, the phone was hung up on my face. After a few more unsuccessful tries, I realized that my number was blocked.

These are simply the highlights, this human highlight reel is on the DeviCorp website under owners who promote the pyramid scheme and take advantage of people looking for jobs.

As always, feel free to reach out to me with information on any of these scams, and thank you for your continued support.

TLDR: Legacy Business Development is ran by Ramy Sindi and is a MLM Pyramid Structure that takes advantage of job seekers. Be aware and Do not fall for his manipulation techniques.

Houston MLM Schemes: 5821 Southwest Fwy Ste. 330 https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-mlm-schemes-5821-southwest-fwy-ste-330/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-mlm-schemes-5821-southwest-fwy-ste-330 Thu, 28 Apr 2022 00:00:30 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=467ad46d5178a74fff1b25cbff860dff

Hello All.

As I've stated in my previous posts regarding Kingsway Inc. and Majesty Marketing, these types of posts will be a series. I appreciate all the support and messages with information on various schemes. Keep them coming. Please upvote and share in order to spread the message.

If you have looked at any kind of Houston MLM scam posts on reddit or google, you will always end up at 5821 Southwest Fwy Ste. 330. This office located in Galleria Oak Towers (an extremely sketchy looking office building), is host to not 2, not 3, but 8 total MLM Recruitment Schemes (6 active and 2 closed down). I decided to pick this address not only because I've been there (during my 2.5 months with the scam Majesty Marketing, we had been to this office 2 times and I've met the head honcho multiple times). But because of the ridiculous amounts of "businesses" they run through this address. Their lobby always has 10-30 people on average in the mornings, waiting to be interviewed. I would like for their potential victims to have something objective to look at if they do some research and come across multiple reddit posts on this address. It was very difficult to find information on a few of the "companies".

These are your typical Cult meeting office, drive for hours to random zipcodes, sell AT&T door to door/ Stand in front of Walmart try to sign people up to a charity type of businesses. The types of MLM recruitment schemes where you will work 50-60 hours only to make $200 that week. These devilcorp businesses take advantage of the recently graduate, people who are looking for a career change, people who are desperate for a job and people who don't know any better.

Before judging how people could fall for this scam, remember that when you are desperate you overlook red flags and if you dont know this operation style its easy for them to get you.

Multiple companies have closed and opened through this address. Also multiple companies have changed their names. Here is a list of what I was able to find through various sources on the address 5821 SouthWest FWY STE 330 ;

  • The Bright Light Group Inc. (Door to Door AT&T Scam, has the lowest rating out of all the businesses that operate from this address, and because of this, it's the most "hidden")
  • Ready Marketing Group (Charity Scam, Owner claims its Dallas based but it operates in Houston.)
  • The Gold Standard/Interactive Inc. (AT&T Scam, door to door. This scam office and Majesty Marketing(another scam office) exchange different low income area zipcodes around Houston for their employees to drive to)
  • BluStone Houston ( The main guy of the office is also the head of this. If you see the main asian guy that gives half the speeches and does the morning meetings, this is his company. IT HAS 0 NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND STILL OPERATES. They do Charity and AT&T scams)
  • UPro Universal Inc. (Another At&t scam, also tied to the asian owner, originally formed in MA, but got moved to Houston)
  • Market Value Inc. and Fox Force (closed)
  • Blue Label Concepts, Rg 8 international (closed)

These are all the companies operating out of this office. When you walk in, the lobby is almost always filled with people that are waiting on interviews. If you check out any of their job postings, it's all the same deal; ambiguous language, no clear explanation of what the job is, must have a car, etc. ONE THING THAT IS COMMON TO THIS OFFICE IS BEING SCHEDULED FOR AN INTERVIEW WITHOUT EVEN APPLYING TO ANY OF THEIR SCAMS. If you have your resume up on any job site, they can and will contact you.

I have not been able to establish whether they are Cydcor or Credico franchises. Elana Diaz who is the devilcorp regional manager has left 5 star reviews on most of these offices so that makes me believe that they are Credico Franchises.

Here is a review from Ready Marketing: "This place is a scam. They have contacted me several times under different names pretending to be separate companies, but it's just one company. $150 per week & 10hr days, sales commission is the only way to really earn money and it's by getting people to donate to charities."

Here is another one: "The interview lasts 3 minutes. They speak so fast you can't even internalize what's being said. They don't explain the job, pay, or anything about the company. They don't ask a single question about yourself either. They end it with saying "we have over 800 applicants. We will call between 4-6 if you have a more in depth 2nd interview". Umm. The 1st one was 90 seconds and didn't explain a lick of anything. People were shuffled like hurds of cows. Scam job."

Fake 5 star reviews are plastered all over their google pages as well. I've had a person who reach out to me explaining that the company will make them write 5 star reviews when they get too much negative press. This is also in line with Majesty Marketing. These offices talk to each other and try to coordinate different techniques so their sham businesses do not look like the scam centers that they actually are.

Here is a quick anecdote from a redditor who worked for one of these scams a few months back: "Terrible, I've had to drive an hour and half to sell door to door in a terrible neighborhood, my leader and i were being catcalled and she made it seem like "oh its ok, just another day at the office, when youre an owner you dont need to go out into the field" and i felt extremely uncomfortable, i left the next day."

These are the types of experiences to expect from 5821 SouthWest Fwy STE 330. I have a ton of information yet i cannot put all of it on here, but be vigilant and let your friends and people around you know! Thank you to everyone who reached out. I've got a few more places in the pipeline. Please stay safe out there and don't drive distracted.

TL,DR; 5821 Southwest Fwy Ste 330 has 6 active MLM recruitment schemes operating from it. The names are listed. Beware.

Warning Houston Job Seekers about another Scam called Kingsway Inc. https://houstonnewmedia.org/warning-houston-job-seekers-about-another-scam-called-kingsway-inc/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=warning-houston-job-seekers-about-another-scam-called-kingsway-inc Wed, 20 Apr 2022 16:31:05 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=d49777c6ae90f07199f2630b0e5b9a8d

Hello Everyone,

I feel like making this a regular thing, firstly because I want to warn as many people as possible to the potential Amway style, DevilCorp scams. Secondly, because for people who are desperate or just getting into the job market, there aren't any warnings of this particular scam style.

So as I discover more scams, I will be posting them on here, with the aim of having the post show up on first page of google, so people can be aware of what they are getting into.

This particular company is called KINGSWAY INC., they contacted me out of nowhere saying they have received my job application (I didn't apply to them) and that they liked my resume and want to set up an interview. The wording is very misleading, because they tell you that you are accepted for an interview and want you to show up as soon as possible (Red flag). I will attach an image of their email to me and their website.

Again, bunch of bullcrap about "Work with fortune 500 clients (red flag), our clients are relying on us for their growth.(red flag)" If you look at their website their clients are Walmart, Staples etc. Do you think walmart and staples rely on a little scam office for their "growth"? Anyways. When you've been in one of these you can smell the rest of em out really quickly. Ambiguous language (red flag), no idea what the job is (red flag), shitty tabloid website(red flag), contacting you out of the blue(red flag).

Little research later, they are a scam, where you'd have to drive all day, or be on your feet all day, and they sell you the dream of being a business owner. Classic DevilCorp.

They are called Kingsway Inc. There is barely anything on them on google, they are getting smarter and not allowing any google comments of any sort or putting themselves out there because they are aware they will be flooded with negative reviews.

This is their website: http://www.kingswayinc.com/

and this is the email i've received from them: https://imgur.com/a/ZFMH5gO

Thank you for your time, I will be posting more of these scammers so people of Houston can be aware.

Houston Job seekers beware, MLM Pyramid Scheme! https://houstonnewmedia.org/houston-job-seekers-beware-mlm-pyramid-scheme/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=houston-job-seekers-beware-mlm-pyramid-scheme Mon, 21 Feb 2022 19:15:12 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=ddae058ed1174bbe069ce7f41ccc9fdc

Hello All, Join me as I explain my journey in this "company".

The firm is called Majesty Marketing, formerly "Southern Acquisitions Firm Inc." they are a franchise of Credico. They changed their name due to the amazing number of negative reviews online (the positive reviews are by people who are in management and actively push the pyramid scheme, or management from the other offices they work with within houston, No honest review has given this place over 2 stars).

My first interview I did not understand what the job entails, and my questions were met with strategically created responses to make you feel ok, but do not give you a straight answer to what the job is. If you act slightly interested, have a car, and can breathe, you get chosen for the second round interview. The person who does your second round interview is your leader.

In the second round interview you are told the same mumbo jumbo about how they work with fortune 500 companies and make you think the job is an important job where you will get crucial experience in marketing and account management. And then they will show you the opportunity pyramid, will try to entice you with the promise of a large comfortable paycheck. THIS IS EXTREMELY PREDATORY TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO ARE STRUGGLING, I wasn't in a bad position but who doesnt want to make good money while "Owning their business". I had other plans for my future but for the time being it seemed to make sense.

If you make it to the second round interview, you pretty much have the job. They will say some s**t like "we are gonna wrap up the interview process and go over people". No. You got the job. The manipulation begins before you even start "Working". The Front Desk girl (who is HR but it pisses her off so im gonna use it here) also HR, but is really the owners friend and parrot will call you and inform you that you're hired. I was very naive and happy.

Your first day in the office resembles that of a cult meeting, after you're done with your paperwork , you will be pulled into the "hang back/atmosphere" where people use indoctrination language. Hey guys? Hey what? High Rollers etc. You are given a training packet with all the information about the systems, see factors, Systems, attitude, work ethic. Youre not human, if you feel bad you need to have a better attitude, if you do good its because you follow the systems, if you do bad its because you dont follow the systems. For the sake of this post im gonna keep it short, but you are essentially being conditioned to accept the business and never find faults in it, and find all the faults in yourself. Youre pushed to hold the manager and the other owners in high regard as if they were some paragon of virtue and business, they are simply people who take advantage of enough people to get to a position so they can take advantage of more people and make money.

NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, YOUR JOB WILL BE TO SELL AT&T DOOR TO DOOR. THEY WILL CLAIM ITS B2B BUT ITS JUST A FANCY TERM THEY USE SO YOU DONT QUESTION THE DOOR TO DOOR ASPECT OF IT. YOURE LITERALLY GOING FROM BUSINESS DOOR TO BUSINESS DOOR. YOU ARE NOT REIMBURSED FOR YOUR DRIVING, YOU PAY FOR GAS AND FOOD OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET,SOME TERRITORIES YOU GO TO ARE OVER AN HOUR AWAY WITHOUT TRAFFIC.

After your first week, you're solo. You need to prove to the company that you can do this by having 4 att customers. After that its leadership. You are constanly bugged and bothered to join Business Trips and other s**t that is not in your contract, youre expected to let go of your personal life, and associate only with the business. team nights, taco tuesdays, etc. are just manipulation techniques so you can get more invested in the business and the people in it so it is harder for you to leave.

After solo you get to be a leader, congratulations, now you are expected to manipulate other people who are looking desperately for a job. And you are expected to train them, without an extra dime on your paycheck.

YOUR FIRST PAYCHECK WILL NEVER BE ABOVE 300$. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID YOUR FIRST 3 WEEKS. ON AVERAGE YOUR WEEKLY PAYCHECK WILL BE BETWEEN $300-450.

In order to get paid, you need installs, but there are ALWAYS problems with the installs. For every sale you make the manager makes 40% ATT gets their cut, and you will get pennies. Only the managers and one other person in the office isnt struggling. Everyone else is almost always short on money or barely getting by.

After a few months of bullcrap, the thing that irked me was the ridiculous miles on my car and not getting anything back for it, I started doing some research and found out about this operation style. I pretty much gotten taken advantage of, I told a trainee to run away. Very soon I left the company.

TL,DR; To anyone who wants to work for Majesty Marketing in Houston, DONT. EXTREMELY PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES, YOU WILL BE MANIPULATED AND TRICKED INTO THINKING THAT YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING GOOD, YOU ARE SIMPLY WASTING YOUR TIME, MONEY AND GAS TO SELL AT&T DOOR TO DOOR WITHOUT ANY SUBSTANTIAL REWARDS. YOU ARE SIMPLY ASKED TO FEED THE PYRAMID SO THE PEOPLE ABOVE CAN GET PROMOTED, AND YOU CAN GET PROMOTED BY SUCKING PEOPLE INTO THE FUNNEL.

OTHER VARIOUS OFFICES IN HOUSTON THAT DO SAME THINGS INCLUDE: THE GOLD STANDARD, GROUP ONE, INTERACTIVE INC AND READY MARKETING GROUP. ALL OF THESE COMPANIES WILL HAVE THE SAME MODEL OF BUSINESS ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. SAVE YOURSELVES. RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

BEWARE, THESE SCAMMERS UTILIZE VERY METICULOUS BEHAVIOR CONTROL AND MANIPULATION TECHNIQUES. IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE IN THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. REACH OUT TO THEM AND TRY TO HELP THEM GET OUT OF IT.

THEY DO NOT POST ON GLASSDOOR BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN LEAVE REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR. THEY ACTIVELY FLAG AND REPORT EVERY SINGLE BAD REVIEW OF THEM ON GOOGLE. HOW DO YOU THINK A COMPANY CAN HAVE 5.0 STARS? NOT A SINGLE BAD REVIEW? SKETCHY.

Thank you.
