Not an American but I found out that my mom used to study here and I was going to move here with her. I was three. However, that didn't happen. Interestingly, I was really unhappy coz my mom was unhappy (marriage problems).

I always wonder what if my mom did what she wanted to do and brought me with her. Strangely growing up, I did feel close to the south and was wondering what are some Houston things or traits? If there is such a thing.
