Hey all, I'm a recently single 29 year old gay male who is looking to get some exercise and make friends in the process.

Does anyone here have a recommendation for gay friendly sports leagues? I've seen a couple on Google,but I'm hoping to get some first hand recommendations. Disclaimer, I've never played any sports, but I am athletic and wouldn't mind learning something new. Thanks!
